In 1898, J.C. Derksen started his moving company. At that time in Herveld. Soon the company moved to Arnhem, where it developed further.
Diverse Derksen vaders hebben het bedrijf overgedragen aan de Derksen zonen. In 1979, the final transfer took place from father Nico Derksen to John Carel Derksen.
